We are a group of dietitians appropriately experienced and qualified deliver dietary advice using Nutritional Medical Therapy to help people with everyday healthy eating and practical strategies to manage health conditions and nutrition related diseases.

Leeanne Azzopardi

Founder of Nutrition Health & Wellbeing

Leeanne Azzopardi provides a customised and integrated counselling approach to promote general good health and manage a range of more specific nutrition-related issues. Having completed a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and a Bachelors Degree in Food Science and Nutrition, Leeanne combines dual qualifications with great skill garnered from her experience in clinical, community health and private practice, to translate the latest nutritional information into meaningful personalised nutrition interventions to assist and empower her patients to obtain long term results and improve their health and wellbeing. Leeanne believes in her non dieting approach to health and nutrition, having a special interest Women’s Health & Fertility, Weight management, Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and Gastrointestinal health. Leeanne plays cricket for her local community, enjoys fitness, travelling to new places, experiencing new culture, trying new restaurants, being creative in the kitchen and enjoying a chat with friends over wine.

Laura Arrowsmith

Laura is passionate about empowering her clients to achieve overall health and wellbeing, providing nutrition advice that is tailored to the individual, resulting in sustainable and lifelong changes consistent with optimal nutritional health. Laura ensures a compassionate approach, providing guidance and support to incorporate a varied and balanced diet that is both nourishing and appealing. Laura provides a foundation for clients to establish a positive relationship with food, to further enhance their health journey and promote wellness through a holistic approach, understanding that our relationship with food is more than just nourishment. Laura promotes weight inclusivity and intuitive eating practices and provides a safe and respectful space for clients to explore their relationship with food and their body. Laura has experience in a range of nutritional areas including chronic disease management, gastrointestinal issues including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), maternal health/pregnancy, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and pediatric nutrition. Laura has a particular interest in bariatric nutrition, ensuring clients are provided optimal nutritional guidance before and after surgery to ensure the best possible health outcomes. Laura also specialises in disordered eating and eating disorders in adolescents and adults having undertaken further training in this area and regularly engages in professional supervision to ensure clients are supported optimally, safely, and effectively. In addition to private practice, Laura has a strong interest in preventative nutrition, providing community nutrition support through her role as a Life! Program facilitator. Laura engages her participants in increasing their capacity to incorporate meaningful and lasting changes through health education and individual goal setting to achieve and maintain healthy eating habits and a balanced lifestyle. In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with family and reading and keeping up to date with nutritional research. Laura is also a qualified chef and mother of two, and enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and creating delicious, nutritious recipes to share with her clients, family, and friends.

Maree Chamoun

Her key areas of interest include but are not limited to chronic disease management (diabetes, cardiovascular health, weight management), gastrointestinal health and the non-diet approach. Maree understands the importance of providing care that is client-centred and incorporates a holistic approach to health to allow others to make sustainable life choices and achieve their individual goals.

Lyndal Bayles

Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)

Lyndal became a dietitian because she wanted to help people understand how to eat well and improve their health in a world where food choices and nutrition messages are increasingly complex. She takes a client-centered approach to her care, ensuring that solutions to nutrition problems are simple, sustainable and cater to the unique needs of the individuals’ she works with. Lyndal can assist clients with education and meal ideas to improve heart health and prevent the development of conditions such as diabetes. She also has a keen interest in the nutritional management of chronic diseases, gut health (including irritable bowel syndrome), food allergies/intolerances and paediatrics. When she is not in the clinic, Lyndal works as a nutrition researcher at Swinburne University and is also a Mum to three school-aged children. Her happy place is a sunrise walk with her dog Bronte or sharing delicious food with family and friends.

Rachel D’Arcy

As a dietitian, Rachel is passionate about fostering the relationship between nutrition, health and the pleasure of eating. She understands the importance of translating evidenced-based information into tailored advice so her clients can make sustainable and meaningful lifestyle choices. Her main areas of interest include diabetes management, allergy/intolerance and gut health including inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease and irritable bowel syndrome. Her passions extend out of the office and into the kitchen where she enjoys cooking up a storm! She loves going for runs and keeps her mind in tip-top shape spending plenty of time relaxing with a good book.

Felicity Grainger

Felicity is passionate about empowering her clients to improve their overall health and wellbeing through providing individually tailored nutritional advice that encourages clients to make healthy lifestyle changes that are sustainable long term, leading to an overall happy and healthy life. Felicity is a lover of food and practices with a food first approach believing food is more than just nutritional goodness but that food should also be affordable, flexible and most importantly enjoyable. Felicity provides a holistic approach working closely with her clients to achieve their goals through increasing their confidence and nutritional knowledge whilst also providing motivation and encouragement throughout her clients’ journey to optimal health and wellbeing. Her main areas of interest include women’s health, gastrointestinal issues, diabetes, weight loss, food allergies and intolerances. Outside of work, Felicity enjoys socialising with family and friends over wine and dinner, walking and playing with her pet dog Olie, who she is absolutely obsessed with! and experimenting with food and flavours in the kitchen to create delicious recipes.

Georgia Cogan

Georgia is passionate about empowering individuals to improve their nutrition and overall health by making healthy behavioural change. Georgia is committed to helping clients to achieve their nutrition related goals by providing knowledge, support and realistic tools, tailored to each individual. Georgia believes in a non dieting approach, supporting her clients to make sustainable changes and build a more positive relationship with food. Georgia loves food and is devoted to guiding individuals to being more intuitive with their eating and develop a healthier balance in their lives. Her interest areas include disordered eating, gastrointestinal disorders, chronic disease management and women’s health. Georgia is also a Pilates Instructor and understands the benefit of exercise for both physical and mental health. She enjoys staying active by doing fitness classes with her friends, spending time with her family down the coast, and enjoying dinner and a wine at her favourite Melbourne restaurants!

Rebecca Sue

Rebecca has a passion for simplifying nutrition to empower and support people. She believes ‘healthy’ does not mean perfection. Instead, to achieve good nutrition it is about setting realistic goals and taking small steps to create sustainable changes. Rebecca provides nutritional information to her clients that is simple, practical and flexible. She is committed to getting to know her clients to create personalized plans which enables them to live their fullest and healthiest life. Her main areas of interest are chronic disease prevention and management, including cardiovascular disease and diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome and weight management. Outside of work, Rebecca can be found in the kitchen testing out new recipes, throwing dinner parties, going for hikes or painting.

Jordan Burke

Jordan prioritises understanding the unique circumstances of every client to provide tailored nutrition advice that works towards their health and wellness goals. She implements an educational approach in nutrition consultations so her clients develop the knowledge to take control of their health. She also loves keeping up with the latest scientific research on nutritional therapy for clinical conditions with particular interest in gastrointestinal conditions, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight management and sports nutrition. Jordan is a strong believer that at the core of achieving good mental and physical wellbeing is consistently practising the fundamentals of a healthy diet and lifestyle, while also allowing ourselves to indulge at times. Jordan enjoys spending her spare time at the gym, cooking, and enjoying delicious food with friends and family.

Elizabeth Black

Elizabeth (or Liz if you prefer) believes that whatever our age and whatever our health goals, understanding the ‘why’ as well as the ‘what’ helps to inspire us to implement positive and sustainable nutrition habits. It makes her really happy to see clients develop the confidence and motivation to choose and prepare foods that are nutritious AND enjoyable, whether for themselves or others they care for. Liz is passionate about helping clients maximise their quality of life when living with chronic conditions – for example diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, inflammatory and/or irritable bowel disease – and just as keen to help clients overcome temporary nutritional deficiencies or challenges (and prevent them reoccurring), including achieving and maintaining a comfortable weight. In her downtime Liz enjoys cooking for herself and others, getting out and about with friends, travel (especially exploring new food scenes), anything involving music (including some pretty average singing & dancing) and keeping a watchful eye on the latest nutrition advice in the popular media.

Stefania has developed a profound interest in women’s health especially PCOS, pregnancy and fertility in addition to, chronic disease prevention and management (including diabetes, cardiovascular health and weight management) and bariatric surgery nutrition. Stefania’s passion for dietetics developed from a young age through her own personal experience as competitive swimmer. Stefania is still very active and has now dedicated herself to Triathlon training. To relax, Stefania loves cooking and sharing her creations with her family and friends.

Joyce pursued a career in dietetics, as she learnt from a young age the importance of optimal and sustainable nutrition needs, through her own personal experience as a ballet dancer. Outside of work, Joyce enjoys spending her spare time taking long walks, at the ballet studio, travelling, cooking & baking, and enjoying delicious food with friends and family.
