We are a group of dietitians appropriately experienced and qualified deliver dietary advice using Nutritional Medical Therapy to help people with everyday healthy eating and practical strategies to manage health conditions and nutrition related diseases.

Leeanne Azzopardi

Founder of Nutrition Health & Wellbeing

Leeanne Azzopardi provides a customised and integrated counselling approach to promote general good health and manage a range of more specific nutrition-related issues. Having completed a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and a Bachelors Degree in Food Science and Nutrition, Leeanne combines dual qualifications with great skill garnered from her experience in clinical, community health and private practice, to translate the latest nutritional information into meaningful personalised nutrition interventions to assist and empower her patients to obtain long term results and improve their health and wellbeing. Leeanne believes in her non dieting approach to health and nutrition, having a special interest Women’s Health & Fertility, Weight management, Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and Gastrointestinal health. Leeanne plays cricket for her local community, enjoys fitness, travelling to new places, experiencing new culture, trying new restaurants, being creative in the kitchen and enjoying a chat with friends over wine.

Laura Arrowsmith

Laura is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve overall health and wellbeing, providing nutritional advice that is tailored to the individual, resulting in sustainable and lifelong changes consistent with optimal nutritional health. Laura believes that good nutrition can be achieved through healthy eating practices that incorporate a varied and balanced diet that is both nourishing and appealing. Laura provides a holistic approach, working together with clients to achieve personalised nutritional goals, ensuring dietary advice is evidence based and meal plans are budget friendly, nutritious and enjoyable. Her main areas of interest are diabetes, cardiovascular health, gastrointestinal issues, paediatric nutrition, maternal health/pregnancy and breastfeeding, and aged care. Laura enjoys spending time with family and reading and keeping up to date with nutritional research. Laura is also a qualified chef and mother of two, and enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and creating delicious, nutritious recipes to share with her clients, family, and friends.

Maree Chamoun

Maree is passionate about supporting and empowering individuals to improve their food choices and overall health and wellbeing through providing client-centred evidence-based education and developing customised nutrition plans. Her key areas of interest include but are not limited to chronic disease management (diabetes, cardiovascular health, weight management), gastrointestinal health and the non-diet approach. Maree understands the importance of providing care that is client-centred and incorporates a holistic approach to health to allow others to make sustainable life choices and achieve their individual goals.

Georgia Hexter

Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)

Georgia is committed to empowering and inspiring her clients to improve their health and wellbeing through sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes. She specializes in Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, and improving food and body relationships, and follows a non-diet approach. Georgia also assists clients in managing gut issues including IBS, as well as Chronic Disease Management. Georgia is committed to providing evidence based, collaborative, nurturing and client-centered care, and her skills lie in building client confidence and capacity to take charge of their health. She is addicted to learning, but when not up-skilling she can be found at the beach, enjoying brunch with friends, or walking her rescue greyhound Poppy.

Rachel D’Arcy

As a dietitian, Rachel is passionate about fostering the relationship between nutrition, health and the pleasure of eating. She understands the importance of translating evidenced-based information into tailored advice so her clients can make sustainable and meaningful lifestyle choices. Her main areas of interest include diabetes management, allergy/intolerance and gut health including inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease and irritable bowel syndrome. Her passions extend out of the office and into the kitchen where she enjoys cooking up a storm! She loves going for runs and keeps her mind in tip-top shape spending plenty of time relaxing with a good book.

Wendy Yeung

Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)

Wendy has a strong passion for assisting individuals to achieve their nutrition-related goals – no matter how big or small. She aims to empower individuals to make better dietary changes to support long-term health and wellbeing. She provides evidence-based nutrition advice that is tailored and individualised for each patient’s goals. Her areas of interest include chronic disease management (cardiovascular health, diabetes and weight management), gastrointestinal disorders, vegetarian and vegan nutrition, malnutrition and vitamin/mineral deficiencies. Outside of work, Wendy enjoys watching tennis, travelling, trying new cuisines and watching Netflix (she is a big fan of horror movies and true crime documentaries). She also enjoys learning new languages and is currently studying the Korean language in her spare time. Languages Spoken: English and Mandarin.

Felicity Grainger

Felicity is passionate about empowering her clients to improve their overall health and wellbeing through providing individually tailored nutritional advice that encourages clients to make healthy lifestyle changes that are sustainable long term, leading to an overall happy and healthy life. Felicity is a lover of food and practices with a food first approach believing food is more than just nutritional goodness but that food should also be affordable, flexible and most importantly enjoyable. Felicity provides a holistic approach working closely with her clients to achieve their goals through increasing their confidence and nutritional knowledge whilst also providing motivation and encouragement throughout her clients’ journey to optimal health and wellbeing. Her main areas of interest include women’s health, gastrointestinal issues, diabetes, weight loss, food allergies and intolerances. Outside of work, Felicity enjoys socialising with family and friends over wine and dinner, walking and playing with her pet dog Olie, who she is absolutely obsessed with! and experimenting with food and flavours in the kitchen to create delicious recipes.

Georgia is committed to helping clients to achieve their nutrition related goals by providing knowledge, support and realistic tools, tailored to each individual. Georgia believes in a non dieting approach, supporting her clients to make sustainable changes and build a more positive relationship with food. Georgia loves food and is devoted to guiding individuals to being more intuitive with their eating and develop a healthier balance in their lives. Her interest areas include disordered eating, gastrointestinal disorders, chronic disease management and women’s health. Georgia is also a Pilates Instructor and understands the benefit of exercise for both physical and mental health. She enjoys staying active by doing fitness classes with her friends, spending time with her family down the coast, and enjoying dinner and a wine at her favourite Melbourne restaurants!

Rebecca Sue

Rebecca has a passion for simplifying nutrition to empower and support people. She believes ‘healthy’ does not mean perfection. Instead, to achieve good nutrition it is about setting realistic goals and taking small steps to create sustainable changes. Rebecca provides nutritional information to her clients that is simple, practical and flexible. She is committed to getting to know her clients to create personalized plans which enables them to live their fullest and healthiest life. Her main areas of interest are chronic disease prevention and management, including cardiovascular disease and diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome and weight management. Outside of work, Rebecca can be found in the kitchen testing out new recipes, throwing dinner parties, going for hikes or painting.

Jordan Burke

Jordan prioritises understanding the unique circumstances of every client to provide tailored nutrition advice that works towards their health and wellness goals. She implements an educational approach in nutrition consultations so her clients develop the knowledge to take control of their health. She also loves keeping up with the latest scientific research on nutritional therapy for clinical conditions with particular interest in gastrointestinal conditions, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight management and sports nutrition. Jordan is a strong believer that at the core of achieving good mental and physical wellbeing is consistently practising the fundamentals of a healthy diet and lifestyle, while also allowing ourselves to indulge at times. Jordan enjoys spending her spare time at the gym, cooking, and enjoying delicious food with friends and family.

Her interest areas are chronic disease prevention and management (including diabetes, cardiovascular health and weight management), gastrointestinal health (including Irritable Bowel Syndrome and the FODMAP diet), women’s health and aged care. Outside of the clinic, Lydia enjoys staying active, experimenting in the kitchen, learning Spanish and spending quality time with friends and family!

Zoe Andrews

Zoe Andrews is committed to providing quality nutrition education to improve clients health and wellbeing using a non-diet approach tailored for individuals. She will work with you to provide sustainable changes that improve your health by translating research and evidence into practical changes. She believes a key part of ‘healthy eating’ includes affordable, tasty and enjoyable foods. She specialises in gut issues such as IBS and diverticular disease, chronic disease management, vitamin and mineral deficiencies and oncology. She has worked in environments with people from varied cultural backgrounds and can provide tailored advice to suit your needs. She can often be found at the local food market, visiting family in the country or playing indoor soccer. She enjoys learning about new foods and spending time cooking new creations at home.

Elizabeth Black

Elizabeth (or Liz if you prefer) loves helping clients find ways to meet their health goals through targeted, practical and individualized nutrition advice. She believes that understanding the ‘why’ as well as the ‘what’ helps to motivate clients to implement positive and sustainable nutrition habits to support short- and long-term wellbeing. Liz is passionate about maximizing clients’ quality of life when living with chronic conditions, whilst other areas of interest include weight management, gut health and irritable bowel syndrome. Overall, she takes great delight in seeing the positive outcomes clients experience through evidence-based nutritional therapy. In her downtime Liz enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, getting out and about with friends, travel (especially exploring new food scenes), anything involving music (including some pretty average singing & dancing) and keeping a watchful eye on the latest nutrition advice in the popular media.
