Laura Arrowsmith is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and
Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC-D) who offers respectful,
person-centred nutrition care that supports clients in reconnecting with
their bodies, food, and values. She brings warmth and curiosity to her
practice, creating a compassionate space where clients of all ages and
identities feel safe to explore their unique experiences and needs.
Laura is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, providing personalised
support across a range of health experiences. At the heart of her practice
is a belief in nourishment, healing, and connection—supporting each
client to move toward their own version of wellbeing with care that is
compassionate, collaborative, and free from judgment. Her practice is
inclusive and holistic, exploring and acknowledging the complexity of
each client’s relationship with food and body, and the experiences that
shape their wellbeing.
Drawing on extensive post-graduate training, Laura blends evidence-
based care with lived experience perspectives. She understands that
nourishing the body is only one part of healing, and that cultivating trust,
autonomy, and attunement is essential to long-term wellbeing.
Outside of practice, Laura is a mum of two, a qualified chef, and a
passionate home cook who enjoys experimenting with flavours and
creating food that is both comforting and nourishing.
