Laura Arrowsmith
Laura is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician who offers respectful, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming care. She supports clients of all ages in reconnecting with food, body, and values through a compassionate and collaborative approach.
With extensive training and a background as a qualified chef, Laura blends evidence-based care with lived experience perspectives. Her areas of interest include eating disorders, bariatric surgery, women’s health, paediatric nutrition, and sensory-related feeding differences in neurodivergent clients.
