As an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Ethan is passionate about supporting people of all ages and backgrounds to improve their health and wellbeing through practical, individualised nutrition care. He takes a person-centred and evidence based approach, tailoring nutrition advice to each client’s needs, lifestyle, preferences and goals. With experience across NDIS, aged care, private practice, and both acute and subacute clinical settings, Ethan has supported clients with a broad range of nutritional and medical needs.

Ethan has a particular interest in clinical nutrition, including malnutrition, unintentional weight loss, nutrition support, enteral nutrition, cancer nutrition, chronic disease management and disability nutrition. He values building strong therapeutic relationships and working collaboratively with clients, families, support workers and multidisciplinary teams to develop realistic and sustainable strategies. His approach is compassionate, practical and non judgemental, with a focus on helping clients feel confident and supported in their nutrition journey.

Outside of work, Ethan particularly enjoys strength training, running, playing basketball and trying new/ experimental recipes.
