Minh is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who provides practical, evidence-based
nutrition advice tailored to each client’s lifestyle, health goals, and cultural background. Fluent
in both English and Vietnamese, she is committed to helping people make realistic, sustainable
changes to improve their long-term health and wellbeing.
Before becoming a dietitian, Minh worked as a researcher in non-communicable diseases,
where she developed a strong appreciation for the impact of nutrition and lifestyle on health.
Inspired by both her research and her father’s experience living with type 2 diabetes and end-
stage liver disease, she pursued a career in dietetics to help others prevent and manage chronic
health conditions.
Minh has a particular interest in weight management, diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease,
and gastrointestinal disorders. She believes in taking a compassionate, personalised approach,
working closely with each client to develop achievable nutrition strategies that fit their
individual needs and support lasting health outcomes.
Whether you’re looking to improve your overall health, manage a chronic condition, or develop
a healthier relationship with food, Minh is dedicated to supporting you every step of the way.
