Alyssa is passionate about empowering and supporting her clients of all backgrounds on their journeys to optimal health and wellbeing. She believes nourishing the body is the key to good health and loves the idea of enjoying foods in many different ways. Alyssa uses evidence-based approach to provide tailored nutritional advice to her clients and positively encourages them on making sustainable lifestyle changes. Her main areas of interest include but not limited to chronic disease prevention and management, including diabetes, cardiovascular health, gastrointestinal health and weight management. Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, grabbing coffee, going for walks at the park and beach, also baking in the kitchen!
