Agnes Shin Ying Chow

Agnes is passionate about motivating others to find their best selves and live a healthier
and happier life. Believing in the joy of food, she is client-focused and dedicated to
providing customised nutritional plans to suit different individual needs while helping
others to build a good relationship with food.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Science majoring in Nutrition at The University of Auckland,
New Zealand and a Master’s degree in Dietetics at Monash University, she gained
interest and experience in areas such as weight management, diabetes management
(type 1, type 2, gestational diabetes), cardiovascular disease management (cholesterol,
blood pressure management), gastrointestinal conditions (IBS, coeliac disease, food
intolerance), women’s health, fertility, pregnancy and breastfeeding, Polycystic ovary
syndrome (PCOS), and more.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Agnes is multilingual and fluent in English, Cantonese
and Mandarin. While providing nutritional advice is her primary job function by day,
Agnes is a foodie and enjoys cooking and trying out different recipes and cuisines from
other parts of the world.
