Felicity Grainger

Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)

Felicity utilises a client- centred approach to empower individuals to improve their overall health and wellbeing. She achieves this by providing personalised nutritional guidance that encourages sustainable lifestyle changes, leading to long-term health and happiness.

Felicity completed her Masters of Dietetics from Deakin University and has since gained experience as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian working in both private practice and research. She remains committed to continuous professional development, with a particular focus on fertility, prenatal and pregnancy nutrition, PCOS, endometriosis, and the nutritional management of IBS and other food sensitivities.

Felicity’s passion lies in all thing’s nutrition, with a special interest in prenatal and pregnancy nutrition. She is fascinated by the importance of early-life nutrition, spanning the first 1,000 days of life (from 3 months prior to conception, until the child’s 2nd birthday). Additionally, she holds a deep seeded interest in the nutritional management of endometriosis, having witnessed firsthand the positive impact nutrition can have on symptom management and improving overall quality of life.

As a lover of food, Felicity advocates a food-first approach. She believes that food is more than just nutritional goodness but that food should also be affordable, flexible, and most importantly enjoyable.

Outside of work, Felicity enjoys socialising with family and friends, often accompanied by wine and dinner. She enjoys leisurely walks and playful moments with her beloved pet dog, Olie, who she is absolutely smitten with. In her spare time, you will likely find her indulging in culinary experimentation, creating recipes in the kitchen.
