Lyndal Bayles

Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)

Lyndal became a dietitian because she wanted to help people understand how to eat well and improve their health in a world where food choices and nutrition messages are increasingly complex. She takes a client-centered approach to her care, ensuring that solutions to nutrition problems are simple, sustainable and cater to the unique needs of the individuals’ she works with. Lyndal can assist clients with education and meal ideas to improve heart health and prevent the development of conditions such as diabetes. She also has a keen interest in the nutritional management of chronic diseases, gut health (including irritable bowel syndrome), food allergies/intolerances and paediatrics. When she is not in the clinic, Lyndal works as a nutrition researcher at Swinburne University and is also a Mum to three school-aged children. Her happy place is a sunrise walk with her dog Bronte or sharing delicious food with family and friends.
