Senani is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about helping people improve their health and wellbeing through practical, achievable and sustainable nutrition. She believes food is more than just nutrients — it reflects culture, family, enjoyment and everyday life.

Senani takes a personalised approach, working closely with clients to understand their lifestyle, health needs and goals, and helping them make realistic changes that fit into their daily lives. She provides evidence-based nutrition support across a range of health conditions, with particular interests in diabetes, heart health, gastrointestinal health, chronic disease management and weight management.

With experience in hospital food services and aged care, Senani brings both clinical knowledge and practical expertise to her work. Outside of dietetics, she enjoys listening to music, gardening and creating simple, nutritious recipes.
