Nga Nguyen

Nga completed her Bachelor of Nutrition Science and Master of Dietetics at Deakin University
and has since gained experience as an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Certified
Prenatal Dietitian.

She has a strong interest in improving women’s health across the life course, recognising that
girls and women experience diverse and evolving health needs throughout different stages of life.
Nga understands that health at any one stage affects outcomes at every other stage and is
therefore deeply committed to supporting every client with the same empathy, respect, and care
she would offer a loved one. Her approach is evidence-based, compassionate, and practical,
ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and confident in achieving their health goals.

Outside of practice, Nga enjoys teaching and doing Reformer Pilates, has a love for fashion, and
values spending quality time with family and friends.
