Kaylee Jingwen Siow

Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist

Jingwen is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who brings a warm and practical approach to nutrition. Having seen how misleading and conflicting nutrition information can shape food choices and create unnecessary fear around food, she aims to make nutrition easier to understand and apply in everyday life.

Her approach centres on evidence-based, individualised care, bringing together nutrition science and clinical judgement. She values creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence in their food choices. She believes nutrition should work with one’s life, not take over it.

Coming from a multilingual background, Jingwen speaks English, Mandarin, Malay and conversational Cantonese.

Away from the clinic, Jingwen enjoys an active lifestyle and loves challenging herself with different sports, from running and hiking to bouldering, racquet sports, barre and Pilates. She also enjoys travelling, photography, exploring local food scenes and finding a good cup of coffee.
