Emillya is a dedicated Accredited Practising Dietitian with a passion for helping individuals achieve their health goals through a compassionate, evidence-based approach. She believes in empowering her clients to embrace sustainable lifestyle changes that improve their overall well-being. Emillya speaks English, Indonesian, Mandarin, Javanese, and Hakka. She values building meaningful connections with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring they feel supported throughout their health journey. Emillya is committed to creating a safe and inclusive space where clients feel supported in developing a positive relationship with food and their bodies.

With a background in food science and dietetics, Emillya combines her academic expertise with diverse clinical and research experience to deliver tailored nutrition interventions. She has a particular interest in chronic disease management, gastrointestinal health, eating disorders, and paediatrics. Her mindful approach ensures that each plan is uniquely suited to the individual’s needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

Emillya is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest nutrition research, including authoring systematic reviews, and translating it into practical, real-world solutions for her clients. In her spare time, Emillya enjoys staying active through Tennis, Pilates, and Yoga, engaging in community nutrition programs, and exploring Melbourne’s vibrant food scene.

Emillya is currently providing dietitian consultations across Melbourne, including Brunswick, West Melbourne, Gladstone Park & Melton (Cobblebank).
