Rachel believes that the best way to eat is the way that works for you, your body and your mind, and what you love. Rachel takes a client-centred approach using evidence-based strategies to help her clients achieve their nutrition and wellness goals. Her key areas of interest include but are not limited to diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight management and gut health. Rachel is also multilingual and fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys doing Pilates, cooking and experimenting with new recipes, and exploring new food and cuisines.
