At Nutritional Health and Wellbeing (NHW), we believe a balanced diet should be easy and sustainable. Our duty of care to you is to help provide you with scientifically supported food and nutrition information and guidelines throughout YOUR program.
- If overweight, achieve weekly weight loss and overall body fat reduction
- Target weight loss of 5-10% body fat for your gender/age/weight
- Target weight loss of ½ to 1kg of body weight per week (greater can be achieved)
